Optometric equiptment will be set up to test:
1) visual acuities
2) glaucoma       

An optometrist will be in attendance to refract for glasses if needed and to
answer your optical questions.  Referrals to low vision clinics, rehabilitation services, and/or
doctors will be made if necessary.

the federal grant for visually impaired persons 55 and older.

Requirements:  1) person must be 55 or older;                              
2) person must have a medically
diagnosedVisual impairment
3) person should bring an eye     
         report to the screening if possible
4) person must be a Georgia     
 Resident

There is no cost for the screening!
